Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, FCD offers a 30-day return policy on most items subject to the terms and conditions below:

• To return an item, contact our customer service number at 866-933-4237 to obtain an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after the invoice date and cannot be extended or reissued. We cannot accept any returns without an issued RMA number.
• Any goods returned by the customer must be returned as shipped in their original packaging. The product must also have with it upon return to us a copy of the original invoice or packing slip and the appropriate RMA number. Any item not returned in its original package will not be eligible for a credit.
• FCD reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned product. If the product is being exchanged for another product, FCD has the right to waive the restocking fee. The restocking fee does not constitute a waiver of any rights FCD may have under the law.
• Especially or custom built to order cables are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Cables deemed defective will be replaced or repaired at our sole discretion. Custom cables that were ordered incorrectly may be returned for rework at a charge.
• FCD reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
