High quality, easy to use, and critical for the success of your new home fiber network. Until I researched this product, I never thought about inserting a new fiber into an SPF+ or 10Gb switch/router fiber port without first cleaning the fiber end inside the termination point of the equipment. If the fiber equipment was tested at the factory, or if it was a used switch/router from eBay or work, if the previous fiber termination (for testing, or LAN service) seated in that switch/router port was dirty, that will transfer dirt to the new fiber, and reduce the performance of the newly installed fiber route. This is a great investment that will reduce future performance fiber LAN issues after upgrading from copper to fiber backbones in your home or business network.

I have yet to use this, but the concept and compactness is great and should come in handy for our project as well as normal everyday use. We are satisfied that this company carries an item like this so that we do not have to shop all over to find such an item.
